It's a basic version,  the third shot of the Architectural Model series, which you can easily assemble simply by tearing off the precut parts.
The basic version which includes only people and pets is useful for creating a crowd in public scenes such as open spaces, halls and so on. The simple modeling, which omits fine details, is also highly versatile and complements the sense of scale. 1/100 scale.
