Born in Tokyo in 1964. In 1988, graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Design, and joined Light Publicity. Since 2001, he has been working as a freelance graphic designer and art director. Main works include advertising direction for Kewpie Half, art direction for magazines Mayonaka, Ryuko Tsushin, and here and there, logotype for Mitsubishi Ichigokan Museum, Petit Royal French-Japanese Dictionary. Book design for photo books, art books, literary books, etc.
